Fingers

Objective:

This elimination style drinking game involves players standing around a cup or bowl. The goal is to not become the last person with your finger on the bowl. Otherwise, you have to drink whatever liquid is in the center bowl or cup. Timing and luck are everything here folks!

What You Need:

Your Fingers
A Cup or Bowl
Booze
2 Players or More

How To Play:

Choose your community bowl or cup and place it on a table.

Gather players around the table and explain the following rules.

Every player should be able to reach the bowl or cup with their fingers.

To begin, players will "Scoff" and put one single finger on the rim of the cup or bowl.

The first person who "Scoffed" or in other words, "started the game". Goes first!

So who was it? Who put their finger on the bowl first? You sick freak...

The bowl or cup can be filled with an agreed upon beverage.

Or if you are a drunken master kung-fu warrior princess. Everyone playing has to poor a little bit of their own drinks into the cup or bowl.

Doing this drunken master kung-fu warrior princess style makes for some rather interesting beer tastings.

Does everyone have their finger on the bowl?

Now that everyone's fingers are on the rim, the first player or "Scoffer" starts by counting down from 3.

Three...

Two...

One...

At one everyone removes their finger at the same time but only if they want to.

Also at the same time, the player counting down guesses a number.

The player guessing a number has to try and guess how many fingers will remain on the cup after they countdown.

Which means, everyone participating must decide whether to keep their finger on the rim or take their finger off.

The player that counts down and guesses also has to take their finger off the rim or keep it on the cup.

If it is your turn to countdown and guess, you will want to try and guess correctly in order to eliminate yourself from the game.

Guess correctly! You win and must remove yourself from the game.

If a player guesses wrong. They have to put their finger back on the rim for the next player's turn.

Last person standing is the loser and must drink the middle cup or bowl.

You may use two fingers per person if you want the game to last longer. Or even play with teams and substitutions?

Everyone wants to try and eliminate themselves from the game before they are the last person standing.

Countdown Example:

Three...

Two...

One...

Five fingers!

If there are exactly five fingers still on the rim. The person guessing wins and can remove themselves from the game.

If there are more than five fingers or less than five fingers. The player remains in the game and must put their finger in for the next turn.
