Louisville Slugger

On your turn if you want to take a Lousville Slugger shot. You will have to give your ping pong ball to the opponent so they can pitch it to you. 

The opponent must "use elbows" and pitch the ball underhand at the slugger.

If the shooter is able to bat the pitch into an opposite team's cups. Leave the cup and pitch again.

Each cup they consecutively bat their ping pong ball into. Gets pulled from the game when they finally swing and miss. 

However if a batter can make 4 consecutive shots they get a grand slam and their team automatically wins. 

If the shooter swings and misses their turn is now over and any made cups get pulled.

Now if the pitcher makes it into a cup after a swinger misses, the swinger gets a strike against them.

Keep track of how many strikes everyone has throughout the game.

Once someone gets 3 strikes they have to remove themselves from the game.

Lousiville Slugger can be called by the shooter on any turn throughout the game.

After a player takes a turn playing Lousiville Slugger, the next player on the team can also play but only after the cups have been removed.

Clean Your Balls

Kentucky has a good rule of thumb that we should ALL be playing by. And many of us do!

Clean your balls people! Place a water cup on each side of the table to get off any nastiness that gets picked up while fetching your balls.

Or better yet make like a Virginian and place a "warm" cup of water on each side of the table.

Apparently the warm water helps clean your balls more!

Bounce Off Anything

This rule allows you to bounce the ball off of anything in the room.

If it goes into the cup it counts as 1 cup.

When a bounce is missed then play continues. 

If the defending team has cat-like reflexes and and swats an incoming bounce. That counts as a miss if it doesn't go i and play continues.

Drinking Is Priority!

This is a drinking game after all so it only makes sense why you would play this way.

Drinks are priority so as soon as a shot is made the cup is pulled immediately.

The defending team cannot shoot back unless their drink is drank and drunk.

Shutout

Sometimes a team is unstoppable and literally runs the table before the losing team even makes a cup.

If the losing team doesn't make one single cup the entire time they were playing. This results in a shutout and the losing team must strip naked and streak around the area.

For those not willing to strip you can go easy on them and force them to do something else embarrassing like tape their cup to their hands or handcuff them together.

Girls Blow

In the event a ball spins around the inside of the cup. Girls can attempt to blow it out before it falls and hits the beer.

Only Girls can blow!

Guys cannot blow and can't even finger a spinning ball out of a cup.

If a blow is successfully made that show counts as a miss.

However if a ball is blown out of a cup after it has touched the beer. The shot counts and the girl must drink the cup.
